Refund Policy

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.

Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will not receive their deposit back.

For cancellations between 24 and 48 hours, customers will receive 50% of deposit back.

Cancellations made over 48 hours from the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

No shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.
